This Privacy Policy explains which data BAROIAN advertising agency processes on baroian.com. The short version: we set no cookies, use no tracking, and host all fonts and resources locally on our own server. Last updated: July 2026.

This Privacy Policy is based on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the German Digital Services Act (DDG), which replaced the Telemedia Act (TMG), and the Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG), which replaced the TTDSG.
2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. We have concluded a data processing agreement with IONOS under Art. 28 GDPR. IONOS therefore processes data only on our documented instructions.
When you open the website, the server automatically stores log files: your IP address, the time of the request and the browser you use. This data is technically necessary to deliver the website reliably and securely. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in secure operation. The log files are deleted automatically after a short period.
3. Contact form
When you use our contact form, we process the details you enter: your name, email address and message, and optionally your phone number, company and industry. The form sends these details to us by email.
We process the data solely to handle your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request. Once we have finished handling your inquiry, we delete the data, unless statutory retention periods require us to keep it.
To protect against spam and automated misuse, the form includes a hidden field (honeypot) and, when submitted, briefly stores a hash value, an irreversible checksum, of your IP address. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in abuse-free operation.
4. Contact by phone, email or WhatsApp
You can also reach us by phone, email or WhatsApp. Here too, we process your details only to handle your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
For WhatsApp, the terms of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. apply in addition. This can involve a transfer of data to third countries, for example to the United States. For confidential matters we therefore recommend email or phone.
Does this website use cookies or tracking?
No. This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics tools and embeds no external services or CDNs. All fonts and resources are stored locally on our server. When you visit, no connection is made to Google servers or other third parties.
Because we do not access your device and store no information there, no consent under section 25 TDDDG is required. That is also why you see no cookie banner here: there is nothing for you to consent to.
This data minimization is deliberate. It is how we build in general, including for our clients: more on that under web design and our other services.
5. SSL and TLS encryption
This website uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognize the encrypted connection by the padlock symbol in your browser's address bar and by the https prefix. Data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties as a result.
6. Your rights
Regarding your personal data, you have the following rights:

7. Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority
In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit), Alt-Moabit 59-61, 10555 Berlin.
